Our Story

Before starting Katelago HR Consultants, our founders spent over 20 years working in human resources across different industries in Namibia. Even with all their experience, they found the usual way of doing HR—full of red tape and rigid rules—wasn’t enough. It lacked creativity, innovation, and a real human touch. They believed there had to be a better way.
